The Kaduna Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), convicted a former sales assistant of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Abdulkadir Mohammed Salihu for crimes relating to fraud and alleged conspiracy.
The EFCC disclosed that the former EFCC personnel was convicted before a Federal High Court in Kaduna State, which was presided by Justice Z. B Abubakar.
The anti-graft agency disclosed his conviction in a tweet which revealed that Salihu was arrested on the 29th of October 2019 and arraigned on a three count charge bordering on fraud to the tune of N6 billion, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
